1. wecome to the forum!
2. In the last couple of years I also could only make videograbbing work on the Mac!
No chance on Windows, neither with QuickTime nor VfW (Video for Windows).
And I am a quite experienced developer, sorry for the bad news

Yeah it was really bad news, and one more question
can it work on android with the same code?or there is another way to do it. or again only on ios ? Re: web_camera problem
Hi Tate,
the "videograbber" external that comes with Livecode will only work on desktop machines!
Check this website for (not free) iOS externals http://mergext.com
