Externals for Windows Question

Hi, I have a simple utility app that has no database functionality. Yet the stand-alone .exe has an "eternals" folder with the revdb.dll file in it. I didn't specify database support, and use no database functionality, so I'm not sure why it is there? It appears with both the automatic and manual externals selections with the database support unchecked. This seems really weird to me.

I'd like to keep this simple utility app as a single .exe file with no externals. IS there any way to do this?

Thanks in advance, Fred.
