I want to create an app that is based on a gps map .
Is there any guideline to walk through ?

Also i wanted to mention that the pricing (an indy for example) is too expensive for a beginner.
How will i know that if i create an app as a beginner will i make even the money needed (for example 60 euro/month) ?

Yes i want to create a mobile app that has a gps and some menus-fotos-location marks-search bars etc inside (in general) .
First of all i want the gps to have a current user location.

That is my main and general idea.
