Standalon App Icon for Mac OS

Hi. When i try to add application image for Mac OS standalone application in format .icns, but it is not add image ? What can i do for this reason ?

Did you try that on a Macintosh computer, or on a computer running some other OS?

Yes i run it on Mac OS X Yosemite
