Issues porting project

Hi all,

I'm trying to port my project into Android and IOS but have been having a few issues doing so. I'm on a mac with a suitable Intel CPU.

I set the IOS SDK entry to my Xcode application in the applications folder, but it returns the error...

Additionally I am unsure what directory I should refer to in my Android development SDK when preparing livecode to build for Android. I heard word of "Android SDK root" but my technical know-how doesn't really extend far enough to understand that. It would also be useful to know the default directory for the Java runtime environment (Or JDK, whichever is used) on mac, as it has a habit of not telling you where things are saved.

Thanks in advance.

Please tell us what version of LC and Xcode you are using,
only newer versions of Livecode are compatible with the latest Xcode 7.x!

Get the latest versions here: http://downloads.livecode.com/livecode/

Hi Klaus, my version of livecode is 'Livecode community 7.1' and my version of Xcode is 7.1.1, I installed both of these yesterday and have used livecode for a few hours without any issues. Shall I update past the last stable version?

I think it won’t harm to use LC 7.1.1 RC4, please try again with that version.

I've updated to LC 7.1.1 RC4, but now my error message says to acquire a provisioning account. I've gone into Xcode and linked my Apple account, clicked 'create' for IOS, but nothing new has appeared. I've restarted Xcode and checked thoroughly but am not sure how to proceed at all.
