I think you want to do something like a Geiger counter. Right, Shikha kumari ?

Do you mean (seriously) like a laugh meter? A geiger counter (I own one) has an analog meter that moves according to on-the-fly input. The greater the rate of responses, the grater the deflection.

Hello...
I want to make a performance meter. It will work like
lets imagine the performance of the employee being monitored by the head. There's an app that will tell him directly about the employees as it will keep all the information regarding the employee including its free time ,rest time, extra work hour etc. also it has a meter that will deflect the performance . It will Calculate according to the data and deflect it in the meter. the meter will have different parameters such as "very low, low , medium, high, very high". and the needle in the meter will move according to the performance.
Sorry for earlier, I am very bad in explaining the things. Hope u will understand it this time...

Shikha.

Hi Shikha. How did your performance meter / prediction tool turn out?

I made one that might give you a few more ideas. Seven criteria scored from 0 to 3 with weight option. Final score converted to a percentage of total score is displayed in a slider with resizing color bars. Everything was "off-the-shelf", no need to invent another gadget, just drag a slider from the tools palette. It was fun to make. Terry
