Replace the icon of App

Hi, 
Is it possible to change the icon of app once user made in-app purchase?
What I am thinking is that..
1.prepare two icons for FREE and Premium versions.
2.the app icon display "Free" version icon then, it will be replaced by "Premium" version icon once user upgrade to the premium.
Do you think it's possible?
