Copy/Paste does not work

Copy/Paste does not work. The exception is copy/paste inside the script editor.
I just reinstalled Windows 10 from a downloaded .iso image file which is supposed to keeps both files and applications.
LC 8.0.1 Community (Stable) just installed. The problem was inherited from 7.1.4 after the .iso rebuild.

FWIW I just tested and I can copy and paste objects within the IDE, and can copy plain and styled text from LC fields to WordPad.
However, I was using 8.1dp2 (I don't currently have 8.0.1 installed). Perhaps the issue you experienced has already been addressed in the new build?
Please give 8.1dp2 a try, and report back here how it goes.

I had the same problem but with version 7.1 and windows 7 pro
now i have installed 8.0.1 stable indy and the same windows 7 pro and dont have the problem

It went very well. One quirk: in the Dictionary right-clicking on selected text did nothing. In the Edit menu most choices are deselected. Of course you can't change the dictionary, but is there a problem with Copy? This is my first time using a non-stable version and it is thrilling!
