minimise btn not available SOLVED

Hi All,
Minimise btn not available after compilation with LC 8.1.1. stable and 8.1.1 rc2
No problem in IDE or standalone compiled with LC 7.0.6.
Is this a known bug ?

Edit: it happens on OS X, no problem on windows

Not a problem in Linux {Xubuntu 16.04 64 bit].

Sorry, I was wrong
I discover that minimise btn works only when the menubar is visible for all version of LC
Is it possible to have minimize btn and menubar invisible ?
