I just started using LC 9.

I reloaded my first app from LC 8 to LC 9 and uploaded it to the Apple Store
without any problems.

But now when I reloaded second app from LC 8 to LC 9 and uploaded it to the Apple Store
I get:
ERROR ITMS-90170: "The binary you uploaded was invalid."

I re-downloaded my distribution provision and tried again, but get same error.
I have uploaded numerous files to the Apple Store, but never got this error before.

Has anybody had this issue?

I talked to Apple and they said it was just a error message that is sent when ever a file fails to be received by the Apple.

I went away from the computer for a couple hours. I powered my laptop back up and tried again and everything
worked just fine.

Not sure what happened.
