Sample Stacks Error

I've recently installed LC Community Plus. When I click on the Sample Stacks icon I see an empty "revOnline" dialog with notice that I am not logged in. I attempt to login and I am met with the error message "Couldn't connect to server, please try again later". I have tried all day long with the same result.

Can anyone tell me what is going on?

I just tried it, was unable to reproduce the issue you reported. I'm using LC 9.6dp2 on Ubuntu 18.04. You?

Nothing but error messages here on MacOS 10.15 with all latest *stable* versions of LC 8/9.
[I never use LC developer previews since a while from several reasons.]

The problems arose with the server move last year. They disappeared partially at the end of last year and are now present to a greater extent again since the newest server move.

In short: "Sample Stacks" is currently unusable (at least on MacOS) and this is not a meanwhile resolved LC bug but a server issue.

Perhaps a server issue, but at most only partially: I took this thread as an opportunity to assess the current state of RevOnline. Whatever password I thought I'd used was apparently mistaken, so I used the "Reset Password" feature. It took a day for the new password to arrive, but once it did I entered it and was logged in successfully.

I haven't yet tried uploading, but password reset, login, and downloading are verified as working here as of this morning.

I'm using LC 9.6dp2, on Ubuntu 18.04.

If we have recipes for failure with RevOnline or any other IDE component, let's please post those to a bug report:
