unrecognized token in lcu

Hi,
I am having trouble accessing my LCU after working quite well on it. Suddenly it won't accept my assigned login they provided me. I'm stuck and can't study any further. How do I get my assigned ID recognized?

For something like that, you'd almost certainly have to contact LiveCode itself. You can do that from this page -

But they were able to direct you to whom you should contact, right?

Broken cache? Try emptying and resetting the cache on your browser, and/or try another browser. Otherwise the course providers should be able to help, assuming you can contact them? Does the course login page show any "contact us" info or other helpful details?

Mine did the same thing today. I reset it. If I remember correctly, that is one of the choices when you are trying to enter the user name and password. BTW, it would NOT allow me to copy/paste the password. Annoying since that number is so long and I am visually impaired.
I just found a typo in the app and thought that I would report it. I cannot find where to do that. What contact info did they give to you when you reported your problem?

No, I'm afraid there's no contact information. The strange thing is the ID and Key notification came from livecode, yet they say LCU is third party. Don't know what to make of it.

LCU doesn't open in a browser, so there is not cache to reset, I'm afraid.

Go to the Help menu and choose to "Reset LiveCode University". It should then accept the info sent to you when you purchased. Then enter a new User Name and Password.
