BackGroundPattern in Reverse

So: I have a situation like this:

Which works exactly as I would expect it to.
And this:

Which, as expected, returns the ID of image 0.png.
HOWEVER, I would like to know if there is a way to have the NAME of the image
that is the backGroundPattern returned rather than the image ID.
