Create an app bundle

Hello, I am a small developer and I created my first app. It is very simple but I want to put it on the Play Store. I got everything done except one thing: I don't know how to create an App Bundle. I searched everywhere and I found nothing. Can anyone help me? Please use simple words because I usually don't understand when people are chatting on the forum because of the words they use. Thank you

In the "Standalone Application Settings" for your Android app just click this checkbox:

I had a problem with meeting some of the new requirements of GOOGLE and I got a lot of good advice posted to me.
