Toolbar

I would like to have a toolbar similar to the one in the IDE displayed directly under the menu bar (on a Mac) that is anchored in a specific place on the screen and cannot be closed by the user. Not sure where to start with this, any pointers welcome.
Thanks,
Pete

If you are on a Mac, you may want to look at the feature request forum.. someone posted a link to an external for the mac that let's you set your window frame to what you want to do.

To make one like Rev's you can use a palette window positioned by setting the topleft of that stack to the first two items of the windowBoundingRect.
