Open and include multipage PDF

I am an absolute newbie to RunRev. I have previously used another program to build runtime files, windows only. Now I need a cross platform solution. The two main functions I need are opening ( and updating PDF files and a link that opens various URL's in card windows. This way I can use multiple web technologies/vendors without having to build these programs from scratch. The PDF files can range from 1mb to 400mbs. Updating and syncing over the web seems the best choice, I change one file and it changes in the standalone app on multiple desktops 25-500
