Getting Started Videos Not Showing

Hello,
Having just purchase Revolution this past week I am wondering why the tutorial videos don't show? I hear the voices but the video is not there - only the screen as it appeared before the window appeared, is seen. I have confirmed this problem on 3 different computers. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Fortunately, I have printed out the PDF's and I am going through Dan Shafer's book which just came in today.
Having programmed in so many other, lower level languages (compared to Revolution) definitely requires my brain to slow down when going through the tutorials.
Fortunately, it probably means I'll be able to write some good plug-ins down the road.
