CAN I UPGRADE FROM PERSONAL TO COMMERICAL LICENSE?

I am going to be purchasing the personal edition while I learn how to program using runrev.
Not quite sure how long it will take but once I learn enough to build a viable commerical
program that can be used then I would be interested in upgrading.

Am I able to upgrade to the commercial version later on? What would be the upgrade cost as of currently?
