Lost my dictionary!!

Hi, before I go uninstalling and reinstalling everything, has anyone ever had their dictionary go south? I click on it (the first time nothing happens), the second time it opens but is empty. Also, it is layed out oddly (with the search field not fully within the window). I've looked in the 4.6.3 bundle and everything appears to be there. Looking for any suggestions before I try uninstalling and reinstalling everything.

Well, I went ahead and did it... tossed 4.6.3 and downloaded a fresh copy. Installed it and everything is working fine. Total time invested < 10 mins Next time I'll know
