Hi,
I'm considering the purchase of this software to create a simple-ish timeline where the user, using a touch screen monitor (would play desktop app on a Mac and push out signal to monitor), could swipe much like on an iPhone or iPad. Left to right / right to left and then there will be embedded items that pop up (videos, text, etc).
Is this possible? Does it matter what kind of touch screen monitor?
Thank you,
jeff T.

Re: Desktop App / Swipe / TouchScreen
Hi Jeff,
Sure, with the right touch screen device and advanced knowledge of LiveCode, you can do this. I can't tell you which touch screen you'd need, but as long as the touch screen can send all mouse events, pretty much like a modern trackpad, you should be safe.
Best regards,
Mark

Mark,
Thanks for the quick reply. I'll do some more reading through the documentation and get started on a free trial.
I may be back with questions...
