lcVCS 1.0.0rc1

Hi Folks

I've just uploaded lcVCS 1.0.0 RC 1 to the free downloads from mergExt.com

A bit of work needs to happen to make lcVCS fully LiveCode 7 compatible which will be the main feature of the next version.
