Revolution crashing

I recently started on a project that uses several hundred image areas to create tile based maps. In the process I have discovered an annoying bug with revolution. Whenever I try to copy and paste an image area that has been assigned an image file, RunRev crashes. I am curious if anyone else has experienced this? I am using version 3.0 on a friends computer, and she chooses not to upgrade at this time, so if this bug has been addressed in the newer versions i apologize.

If you have a reproducible recipe, please create an entry in the Quality Center along with the crash log, so the Revolution team can fix the problem.
