This is a fairly simple stack that allows you to list a Unicode range and have the glyphs listed.
This allows you to see if your Operating system along with the fonts you have installed
are capable of representing the glyphs you need.

I think the thing needs cleaning up a bit, and the choice of decimal or hex input.
