Printing in Rev

Can anyone direct me to a place or reference on how to learn about printing in Revolution? If I am understanding everything correctly I must hide fields on my card. I have done that but still when I print a card it prints the buttons on the card and everything. I would like to learn the printing end of it from A to Z and want some direction on what to read to understand it fully. THUS the need for a comprehensive how-to manual.
