Has anyone done a budget or checkbook program design?

Post by tdandrea » Thu May 10, 2007 5:14 pm

Good day,

I'm new to Revolution, and looked through the forums and other Websites looking for examples of code for budgets or a checkbook programs and have found nothing!?
I know from the Database examples that data can be stored, so I believe a budget program can be developed. I just wanted to see some examples for a jump start into my learning Revolution and using stacks.
If anyone has any example that they wouldn't mind sharing I would greatly appreciate the code. I believe others would also benefit as well since no examples seem to exist on the different Websites. TIA

Tony,

If you haven't found what you are looking for and you are interested in developing a budget program, then maybe you'd be willing to share what the key features/functions of such a program would contain. I've been developing a tax prep package with RR and have gotten through 50-60% of the effort. I've done a complete accounting system before, but not in RR. Maybe we can share some experiences. But first what do you want your program to do?
