Can't edit a stack

Before I raise a bug on this, can someone just check I'm not going bonkers.

I created a stack, used it, saved it blah blah.

Came to open it yesterday and the stack runs straight away. Click on the 'edit' button, but it won't let me edit the buttons. I can go in via the application browser but it just seems odd. There are no scripts running on stack or card open.

All my other stacks are OK. The only thing that's different is that I originally developed it in 2.8.1 and I edited it in 2.9 beta. But I've done that with others without getting this behaviour.
