Table Field Documentation or Tutorial stack?

Hello,
I'm interested in learning about the capabilities of and general "how to" use for the Table Field object, but haven't found much in the way of documentation or sample stacks. It won't be used with a database, per se, but rather delimited text data. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm using a now very out of date version of Rev Studio 2.5.1 if it matters.

I'd really appreciate any info.
