Glitter in line or fill

Has anyone got the faintest idea how to introduce a glitter effect into the ink/fill.
I would like to create the same effect as you can achieve with a gel pen on paper. Do you remember what a pen and paper is?

Ideally, the user would chose the colour + glitter as they might any ink/fill.

Quickly, a very cruse attempt at 'glitter'... I think that one of the liveCode graphic 'greats' such as Scott Rossi would come up with something much more 'glitter' like...

Just click on the card, or resize the stack... It might give you some ideas anyway...
