How do I watch the Getting Started Video?

My Quicktime is black but I get the audio. I am on Mac OS and everything is at current version. There was a QuickTime warning telling me that it needed something more and took me to a page where I downloaded anything for a Mac including XyGoVideo and XyGoDigital and also Xvid. I rebooted my computer after installing said plugins and yet the Getting Started Video is still without a picture.

Any ideas?

You do need a plugin, but not the ones from Apple. It's the ensharpen codec, when you run the rev installer, you should be able to install it too.

Thanks, I appreciate your help! I did need to go to the Ensharpen website and download the decoder from there. For some reason the runrev install, which I did twice, didn't work.
