Clean install of livecode

Post by DukeUK » Fri Jan 31, 2014 8:55 pm

I was just wondering how to make a clean install of livecode?

My copy is doing very strange things, its pretty much unuseable right now.

What files do I need to delete so that I have a completely fresh version?

Thanks in advance for any help

Hi Kev,

delete:
1. the "LiveCode XXX.app" from the application folder.

2. This folder (if present):
/Users/YOUR USER NAME HERE/Library/Application Support/RunRev

3. And this folder:
/Users/YOUR USER NAME/Library/Preferences/RunRev

That should be enough to start anew :D

Best
