Hi Jean-Marc,

deleting the app itself and these folders before installing 5.0 should do the trick:
/Users/username/Library/Application Support/RunRev/
/Users/username/Library/Preferences/RunRev/

Hi Klaus,

Thanks for your quick reply
I am in travel and I have only one computer, "should do" little frightens me.
I will do a traditional way (export-import) and i will test it when i'll return

Best from a beach of Malta 8)

OK, then just rename the folders and delete them after 5.0 runs fine 8)

Under the "Help" menu, there is an option called "Manage Versions" which allows you to set the default version that will launch..

ps.. this feature is there under RunRev, not too certain if it may the transition to LiveCode, but I do not see why not..

Not sure, but even with 5.5 can't you just leave the different versions installed and choose which you want to run from the start menu? Since there was that whole stack format change thing at 5.5, if there are any 5.5 version projects that were worked on, they'd all have to be saved as legacy format. At least if 5.5 is still there somewhere any files with the new stack format that are needed in the future can be opened and resaved as legacy.
