Group Selected

When I make a group I expect it to stay
grouped but it doesn't

Is there a way to make a group always be
a group?

Your question can be answered with yes. A group is always a group, as long as you make a group, and not a button or whatever.

However, I'm pretty sure that is not the actual question you had. I guess you have removed the group, by clicking the button on the icon bar. But without an actual description of what you did, what you would like to do, and what the code did (if there was any), no one will help you with your real question.

Making a group

Post by bjb007 » Sun Feb 17, 2008 2:58 am

I press the "Shift" key and click on six buttons.

I click on menu Object/Group Selected.

I can then move six buttons together but
if I click off the group then click one of the
six buttons - that's all I get. No group as
I expect.

When the six buttons are selected and "grouped"
the menu item Object/Edit Group isn't available.

And no, I haven't clicked the button on the icon bar.

Well, for some reason it's working now as I expected it to
so no help needed.
