Livecode 6.0.0 opensource don't see the Plugins

Livecode 6.0.0 opensource don't see the Plugins

I have tryed to import some plugins in livecode 6.0.0 on mac os x 10.4.11 tiger...but don't work...can someone help me please??

Any Idea?? Or it is a Bug???....I have putted the plugins either in the plugin folder inside the app and also choose a folder in the menu prefences where you give a path for a plugin folder.... but don't work for me....

AH! I have also tested on a Imac I5 3ghz 4gbram 10.7 os x....but still don't work!!! i have also tryed the extension like : .rev .livecode but nothing!!

First problem, if the plugins are commercial, and have a protected stack, they won't load.

Also, make sure that when you set the path you point to the folder that CONTAINS the plugins folder. If you point directly at "plugins" it will expect there to be another folder inside there named plugins also. So, point it at "my livecode" and there should be a plugins folder inside there.

I see the problem is that i use commercial plugins...I don't really like this politic....If it is open source let me use all files that i want...Ok i Own also the coomercial livecode licence....

I thank you in every way...

Unfortunately the security code had to be removed from the lc community version which makes commercial/protected stacks not work. I believe quite a few of the plugin/3rd party people are working on open source versions of their work. Hopefully most everyone will follow suit!
