copy non-stack files to a standalone

By the Standalone application settings I saved a large file in "copy non-stack files". I think, the copying was successful, relying on the size of the standalone.
But how can get back the files, to use them in the standalone environment? I tried with revcopyfile, but the maximum I got were empty files.
(I tried it with custom properties too - but LiveCode didn't like that, perhaps, because the files are too large? With only a custom font it worked well).

Supplement: Motivated by the post of Fourthworld (Aug 02, 2013: 50 MB are no problem for custom properties) I tried once more with custom properties - and it worked!
My prior fault: I wanted to look at my custom properties in the stack inspector. The stack inspector is obviously more limited in respect of the size of the stored files.
Thanks to all, who read my post. The non-stack files problem remains unresolved, but now I do not longer need them.
