Scrollbox corner missing

Is there a fix for this condition - the bottom
right corner exposes the area underneath.

That's how the OS renders stuff. It's easiest to cover the relevant square up with a graphic yourself. A somewhat complicated alternative is to use your own scrollbars, which then scroll a field without scrollbars set, and arrange the objects in the way you like.

I see that your prob involves the corner of resizing a field, but hopefully the script might be relevant to amend...
