User-ordered fields

Post by bjb007 » Sat Jul 19, 2008 3:37 pm

Want to have a object which behaves as
available in many programmes to allow the
user to add and order the items in a list by
dragging and dropping.

First thought is how to restrain movement
to vertical only.

The rest seems to be just a matter of what
kind of object to start with and what object to
use for the movable fields.

Ideas, suggestions, samples welcome.
Life is just a bowl of cherries.

Somewhere in Rev Online there's a stack which shows ordering list lines by dragging; sorry, couldn't find it again but I know its there somewhere....

This should solve half your prob when you find it, at least...

Hoping that's of some help...
