While designing my UI I use the "Show Invisible Objects" routine frequently. However, this is global and screws up the display of tool stacks such as the BVG Docu stack I'm relying on for docs. This occurs even after setting the "BVG Docu" stack to "can't modify".

Is there any way to either lessen the scope of showing all invisibles and/or truly preventing any one stack from being modified? Some kind of "protect stack" property or what have you?

Not AFAIK.

Actually, the stacks are not modified... you just see them better

Said that, BvG docu uses a huge amount of hidden stuff, and I hang my head in shame for this.
