videos in photos app

Hello there,

I've looked at the Photos app on the App Building course. Videos are mentioned in the lesson slides (e.g. Step 6 - Creating the Photos Database, Slide 5) and shown in a screenshot of the app (Step 1- App Introduction, Slide 3) although the tutorial doesn't explicitly say how the app can deal with them and the downloadable example stack doesn't appear to cater for them either. Could anyone tell me the best way to do this please ? Should the videos be stored in the database as binary data like the photos? How would the app deal with playing the videos / creating & storing thumbnails etc.?

I've tried the Video Library app though that doesn't use a database.

Any help/advice appreciated.
