Place file in order of Selection

Post by bidgeeman » Mon May 18, 2009 11:06 pm

Hi.
I have a series of checkboxes that are linked to small audio loops that a user can select. The loops are then combined later into one track.

Is there a way to set the order the files are placed in sequence to the checkbox selection?

Any pointers would be great.
Thanks again.

Hi Bidge, I've made a little stack which is sort of round the area you're aiming for; maybe it's not quite what you're after but perhaps one of the more experienced guys can refine it for you if needed.

It's in the older RevOnline > gyroscope>Audio Test.

A couple of things: you'll have to link up your own external sounds to the players; and also I couldn't work out why it won't play the same sound twice or more in a row.

Anyhow, hope it's of some help; it's in the territory that your after at least, I think...

:)

Hi Bidge, I'm guessing you're using Rev 3.5; I personally can't connect to the server on that version hence I've uploaded to a previous (different) version which can be accessed from Rev 3.0 or 2.9.

:)

PS Forgot to mention, I only put two sounds/checkboxes but the principal is there to put as many as you like.
