hi, on my mobile app , i can't type into a text entry field because the phone doesn't show the keyboard, any ideas on how make it show?

Once a field is "opened" (you click/tap into it), the keyboard should pop up automatically.
And this is not the case in your stack(s)?
Any scripts involved?

in my mobile app when i click on the text entry field, only the firs time works but then if i go back "in android phone " and click on the field a second time the keyboard doesn't pop up.

Sorry, I don't know.
I got my very first cellphone in spring this year (at age 65) and did not do that much "mobile" programming.

BTW I'm 17
and maybe the answer you gave me about the native field can fix this problem, i just replace my text entry field with that.

However I am using LC and its ancestors for over 20 years now.
