Just For Fun Blend Explorer

While I was waiting for my nth baguette baking experiment to fail, I got curious about how blends work, so I made a Blend Explorer stack. I think I imported all the graphics correctly. Try it if interested, let me know if it breaks.

Hi Walt,
BlendExplorer is a very nice stack. I always have to experiment with the blending.

while you wait for your nth+1 baguette you might want to have a look at this (works very well, did not try it for baguettes though)

And definitely Harold McGee (of "On Food and Cooking: The Science and Lore of the Kitchen" fame, well about the science and not-science of the kitchen, I like his book, though Hervé This is my favorite in this respect)

thank you for sharing the stack (and once you come up with a shure-fire recipe for a baguette, would you mind sharing that also, maybe disguised as stack? :) )

regards
Bernd

Thanks Bernd.
I have not figured baguettes out yet, each batch is very different than the last and I don't know why.

The blend stack gave me a question - it seems the first batch of blends do nothing, so I need to figure out how they work as well (the blend source/destination ones).

Walt
