Command + C function not working in stand alone app

Post by urbaud » Wed Aug 31, 2011 9:30 pm

I have a problem with an application I developed with LiveCode. I believe I created it using LiveCode 4.5.3. It is a simple program to keep a text file. It has one text field with Save and Open file buttons. When I compiled it I only made a stand alone for Mac OSX (Universal) as I have an iMac desktop computer. It worked fine for a long time, but recently a problem has occurred.

In the past I was able to copy text from the field and then paste it elsewhere in the field or into another application using Command + C. Now, when I try to copy text and then paste it nothing happens. It is as though the Command + C function has just stopped working for this stand alone application. The Command + C function works fine everywhere else. Anyone have a clue as to what might have happened? I can't think of anything I may have done that would create this problem. Any help would be most appreciated.
