Dictionary blank, no data showing

I have been using LiveCode 4.6.3, build 1444. The other day I clicked on Dictionary to look up a term and when the Dictionary window appeared it was blank. No data had been loaded into it. Does anyone have a clue as to why this happened and is there a fix? It had been working fine in the past. Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.
