display pdf documents on cards

Hi every one
Great tool, and consequently, some room for improvement
Here is the very beginning of my wish list... !
1 - Similarly to the image object, have an objet that can display pdf documents ON CARDS. Should be very useful for displaying help documents, and numerous other documents (including images) that are now more and more often pdf-encapsulated.
2 - have an LC user friendly interface to run externals from LC (use an OCR C++ library for example)
3 - more to come

Hi all,

if I remember right, Kevin Miller demonstrated a PDF viewer widget as a prototype
for the upcoming LC 8 some time ago.

I am sure we will see something like this in the near future as a widget in LC 8.
Until then we need to use a browser to display PDFs.
