OpenCard message missing on iOS

It's possible that a stack has stopped sending the message openCard in iOS? It happens when launching app. To some it never happened?

Notes:
When navigating among the cards works fine.
In the IDE works fine.
PerOpenCard works fine.
PreOpenStack works fine.
OpenStack is received after PreOpenCard.
Also with a fresh new card put at the top of the layers OpenCard message is missing.
