It does more than just provide access to the built-in images; you can add your own. I have two custom image libraries that store commonly-used images (my company logo, for example). You can create a custom library with the New Library button at the upper right, and then manage the library's content with the buttons at the lower left. It's convenient for things you need to access often.

Just had a play, discovered how useful they are, and set up my first custom image library

thanks to yours last info I could import and see icon btn into emulated app. even if the icon quality is not that good.
