I think you're right though, I suspect manolo's account was dormant and now compromised, with this new post that's been "generated" by someone who is not the legitomaye account owner.

No, there have been lots of old accounts here that got "broken into" over the years.

Use of the compromised account for an AI bot post is less common though.
