I gather than the North Americans tend to call
Drop Scones, Flapjacks, just as the English tend to call Drop Scones, Pancakes.
It's a regional thing. Some folks in the southern US say "Flapjacks", in the northern states we say "pancakes" but they're all the same thing.

Possibly.
However, over in Britain "flapjacks" are something else (and very good they are, too).

Probably, this LiveCode Programmer Competency Matrix
should be a collaborative effort.
I will make a draft for the areas that I know better:
bitmap images and vector graphics.
There are developers with a lot of expertise in other topics
like Databases, User Interfaces, Text Fields, Message Path,
Code base for cross-platform compilation, Internet apps,
use of the widget Javascript engine within Livecode,
Server deployment, Unicode, Regex, MySQL and other
standards in use by Livecode, LCB widgets and libraries,
Compiled externals, Command line applications, interfaces
for command line applications and more. Much more...
