LOL!

Sorry to laugh , that looked bizarre, but it reminded me of a program a few jokers put together a long time ago, closer you would get with your mouse, farther away the target would go, or dodge, all over the screen.

I am sure that wasn't the intent here though

And I think I remember a program like that. Maybe it was a website back in the early 2000s.

That's a fairly new behavior. The typical is that the tool tips just never show up, or have a big delay.

I am gonna upload something now to show that behavior. Will post in a bit.

You can see I click the FF icon to move things along, but I never get the other tips to tell me what I am supposed to be doing in each step.

I would de-install and re-install your version of Livecode and see if that helps.
It is definitvely NOT scripted to behave like this!

Well, that's another funny thing.

I can't seem to get the Community versions to uninstall either.
