I tested "problem radio buttons" stack of standgale and it works here (OS X 10.14.6, LC 9.6.1)

Yep - it works normally on Mac i and could not replicate on Big Sur MacOS; however the OP found the issue on Windows and I was able to replicate this issue on Ubuntu... so while not a mac issue, there's clearly a problem... one of the few bugs
not due to Big Sur
